Nedi Construction, Built to Last, Not Just to Look Good
Nedi Construction is a Gauteng-based home renovation company specialising in modernised lifestyle finishes, the kind that still look good in twenty years, not two.
South African Homes Deserve Better Than a Repaint Every Two Years
If you have been searching for reliable home renovation contractors in Johannesburg or Gauteng, you already know how hard it is to find a team that combines quality work with honest pricing. Nedi Construction was founded to solve exactly that problem.
Most South African homeowners spend a small fortune on paint jobs that fade and crack within two years, then start the whole process again. Nedi Construction uses specialist finishes like Gamazine and Rhynolite that protect and transform your home for twenty years and more, making them one of the smartest long-term investments a homeowner in Gauteng can make.
- Specialist finishes that last 20 years and more
- A team with over 10 years of hands-on construction experience
- Honest pricing, on-time delivery, no shortcuts

The Story behind Nedi Construction
Nedi Construction was founded by Phumi Malinga in February 2026 after she noticed something that too many South African homeowners experience firsthand: good money spent on wall finishes that simply do not last. With over 25 years of experience working closely with people and a firm grounding in safety compliance, Phumi set out to build a home renovation company in Gauteng that does things differently.
Nedi Construction may be a young company, but the team brings more than 10 years of combined hands-on construction experience to every project, whether it is a Gamazine application in Johannesburg or a full residential renovation in Limpopo.
